🌎 International ShippingInternational shipping is handled by USPS. The estimated delivery time is typically 7-21 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping cost is included in the price.
A separate email notification containing your tracking number will be sent once the order has shipped.

The price paid at checkout covers the cost of the product and shipping fees only.
Please be aware: Our shipping costs do not include any potential import duties, customs fees, or local taxes (such as VAT) levied by the destination country.

✋ Exchanges for Handcrafted Items
Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, exchanges are accepted only in the following rare circumstances:Defect: The item sustained damage during transit.Discrepancy: The item received fundamentally does not match the design (pattern) or color ordered.
Please note that slight variations in color or texture are inherent to the custom, hand-painted process and are not considered defects.
